Wondering if any of America/Archibald Adkins family may have some information. John, son of Christopher A Scites (Seiz) immigrated with his family 1820 to Lincoln County, lived near coleman creek and later to two mile creek. also ran mills on mud river with Smallridge. He was the first superintendant of Sheridan Township. Died after 1880. buried near Two Mile Susan was the daughter of John and Sarah Porter. She also died after 1880. buried next to John Children included Tom Adam John Charles James Catherine Scites Porter Mary Scites Sample America Scites Adkins
