His son Henry Harmon is my ggrandfather and his sone Wirt Brumfield is my grandfather. After Peggy died, he married Lucinda Jane Griffith around 1849 and the marriage produced four children. John, Annette, Wilburn, Alex, (Alexander) who's ob I found, died Sept(?) of scarlet fever and was buried in Mud River Valley Cem.in Cabell Co. I have found two different ages given 10 years old and 10 mos. not verified which is correct. He survived by his grandfather Alexander Griffith. Hope this helps.....mimi
