I found this Family line in the 1850 Census of Cabell County and it all fits. THEY ARE LISTED AS PERSON. Wm is living next door to Simon and his wife is listed as Malinda. Looks like Florence Kinder was a SECOND wife to Wm and the mother to your Wm Asbury Pearson. So, I posted this to the Cabell Co.
