I did a search of the Lincoln County Census and came up empty handed using all variations of spelling I could think of. I did a statewide search for Vincent Mullins and came up with one, he was living in the Cabin Creek District of Kanawha County. His parents are listed as Preston Mullins age abt. 56 b. KY, father and mother born in TN. Wife was Eliz. age 46, daughter Cindesta age 18, son Amos age 15, Emma age 12, and Vincent age 6 born in August 1892. I found a James P. Mullins in the Scott District of Boone County, with a wife named Eliz. but neither they are younger than yours, and have no son named Vincent. If this is them, the older daughter was likely married by this time.
