I have a very little info for you. I have Mary Ellen Swinney/Sweeney b 1879 Wayne Co. WV d/o Spencer and Sarah (Isaacs). In the 1900 Lincoln Co census it lists Ginnie (the one married to Andrew Watts) as being born in Ky, her mom and dad born in Ky also. I see no other Swinney/Sweeney people listed in the 1900 Lincoln Co census. Regards, Patty
