I'm also looking for descendants of William W Bell or Albert Bell! William is my gggrandfather and Albert is my great grandfather. Here's what I have so far... Descendants of William W Bell- First Generation ---- 1. William W Bell was born 1851 in Mercer County, West Virginia (Virginia). William married (1) Lethia "Letha" J. Haner daughter of Noah Haner and Mary Elizabeth "Polly?" Barker Abt 1872. Lethia was born 10 Oct 1840 in Logan Co., VA. She died 10 Apr 1889. They had the following children: 2 M i Joseph B Bell was born 21 Aug 1871. + 3 M ii Albert J Bell was born 1877. He died 1949/1957. 4 M iii Noah Bell was born 1884. William married (2) Rebecca Walls daughter of Erastus G. or John Walls and Nancy Ann Miller Aft 1880. Rebecca was born 1853 in Mud River, Lincoln, VA. She died in Big Ugly, Lincoln Co., WV. (She was previously married to Leonard Hill, see below) They had the following children: 5 M iv Elbert Bell was born 1892. Elbert married Maggie Castle?. Second Generation ------ 3. Albert J Bell (William W ) was born 1877 in West Virginia. He died 1949/1957 in Logan, WV. Albert married Bettie "Betty?" Toney daughter of Burbus Clinton Toney and Louisa "Eliza" Jane Workman Abt 1899. Bettie was born 1881 in West Virginia. They had the following children: + 6 M i Willie Bell was born 1900. 7 M ii Frank Bell was born 1902. + 8 M iii Jess Bell was born 1904. + 9 F iv Angus Mae Bell was born 1906. + 10 F v Margaret Bell was born 1910. 11 F vi Pearl Bell was born 1912. Does anyone have access to or is there a place on line to search for Deaths between 1910 and 1920? My Samuel Bowman and Elizabeth were living in Lincoln County, Duval District in the 1910 Census along with Daisy S. (Daughter), and Glossie TURNER Grand Daughter. They were living next door to E. M. Bowman (Sam and Elizabeths son) I havent been able to find this family after 1910. I am presuming they may have passed as they were 74 and 72 in the 1910 Census. Samuel Bowman (b. abt. 1837) and Elizabeth McCarty Bowman (b. 1840). Thanks a bunch.
