    2. Jane
    3. Another lister told me about fake emails purporting to be from rootsweb security site. Do Not Open any attachments or visit the link as viruses are included! I checked the help desk to see what they had on the fake mail/virus issue. They are aware of it and warn that if you get mail, supposedly from the "Rootsweb Abuse Department" telling you to confirm your email by clicking on a link, just delete it. DO NOT click the link. If you do click on the link it will send you to an infected website.

Surnames: ATKINS,COLLINS, COOPER, NANCE Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ZCC.2ACE/1263 Message Board Post: For those of you who are looking for the "LINCOLN COUNTY AND ITS PEOPLE", you might ask YOUR local library to request an inter-library loan from either the Cabell County WV Public Library or the Lincoln County WV Library. You may not check these books out of the library but your library will contact you when they arrive, so that you may go into your library and use the book (usually a two week period). Another thought would be to contact the Lincoln Co Genealogical Society to see if they might consider a re-print (I'm sure they would have to have a commitment of a certain number of copies before they would order, which would mean payment in advance). Also they may be interested in doing a new book since so many are involved with genealogy today and if they could get enough articles to fill another book they might consider it. I am just guessing.
