Hello All, I am hopeful that someone can help me with a reference made to my ancestor(s) William H. Baker b 1845, that appears in the book by John P. Hale, "The History of the Great Kanawha Valley" pp 19. This individual, William Henry Baker, is my great-great grandfather on my paternal side. I have very little information regarding him, with the exception of the year of his birth, and know next to nothing. Anything that anyone can contribute will be greatly appreciated.
