Does anyone have any actual records of the early Turley Marriages? I know that Sirena Turley and Samuel Russell were married in October of 1848 in Kanawha County because its in the Julia Wintz book of marriages. Has anyone ever seen the actual marriage information? Someone checked for me today for the actual marriage information and could not find it in Charleston. Thanks Pat
