Hi all, I am seeking to contact anyone researching or with knowledge of the CROWDER family line. Specifically as relates to the family of - David Crowder, b. 1837, Fayette Co., d. 1879, Mason Co.. David reportedly m. March 1858 in Kanawha Co. to Melissa (Narcissus) Batman, b. 1841, d 1900 (Mason Co?). Census records indicate about nine children from this marriage. I am trying to determine if their oldest son, Jeramiah, is the same Jeramiah Crowder that m. Luvada Peyton of Cabell Co., Abt 1881. BTW, thanks to everyone who responded to my earlier inquiry.
