Notice having been previously given that the Lord's Supper would be administered this day, ...and Margaret Caldwell made application to be admitted to the Sacrament of the Supper and to be received as members of the Presbyterian Church of Kenhawa." October 14th, 1826: "...Mrs. Catharine Rand also made application to be received as member of this church. Upon examination both were admitted to communion as members of this church." Sabbath Day, 16th October 1826: "...Baptism was administered at the same time to William Shepard, an infant child presented by his parents, Mr. Jacob W. Rand and wife." Sabbath 21st (November 1830): "...And upon examination the following persons received as members, Upon Examination: ...and upon certificate, ...Mrs. Mary Ann Caldwell..." October 9, 1831: "...The following persons were upon examination received as members: ...Wm. Rand, Jr. ..." April 15, 1832: "...It was on motion resolved, that ten Elders be elected in addition to the present number, and that the session nominate and recommend to the congregation as suitable persons for the Eldership: Wm. Rand, Sen.; Jacob W. Rand..." June 14th, 1832: "...The votes having been taken, the following persons were declared duly elected: Wm. Rand, Sen.; Jacob W. Rand..." June 17, 1832: "This day at the close of the discourse, the following Elders elect were set apart according to the form prescribed in our discipline, to the office of the Elderships: Wm. Rand, Sen.; Jacob W. Rand..." August the -?-, 1835: "The Reverend Andrew S. Morrison commenced his ministerial labours, and the following members of the church attend his ministry, to-wit: Ruling Elders, ...William Rand... Private members, ...Lucy Rand, William J. Rand...
