I just recently ( with in the last 2 months sent a copy of the letter you print from ssdi with out the parents and recieved the appl. I was looking for with the parents on it because I didn't have them either. have you tried looking at the letter thats printed cause they claim if you have the ss# it still workd( and it did for me). joann He didn't collect social security.
