Hello, Does anyone have access to old newspapers and be willing to do a look up for me. I need the obituary of Peninah DUNLAP, who died May 1, 1926. She died in Putnam County but I'm hoping her obit would be in a Charleston newspaper. I tried the Putnam County list but got no response. I'm willing to do this the old fashioned way, via snail mail but need to know where to write and the cost involved. Thanks for any information anyone can give me.
