My gg-grandfather is Cargill Fletcher, b. 1797 SC, d. 15 Dec 1857 in Logan Co., KY, md. Mary/Polly _?_ abt 1825, named sons Elijah and James. The Cargill Fletcher of Kanawha Co., above is the only other Cargill Fletcher who comes up on a Google search. I found him in the Alley Casdorph Funeral home records as the father of Catherine/Katherine Lee Fletcher who md.
