Hello, Can anyone help with or have any knowledge of where I might find a list of the Justices of the Peace who were in the West Virginia area, specifically Kanawha County or nearby counties during the 1907 time frame? Additionally, where would I look for any records or documentation of a marriage that took place outside the traditional setting (e.g. an elopement) during this 1907 year?
