WHEN: Saturday, June 23, 2001 TIME: About 10:00 or so, I'll be there earlier WHERE: Summersville Dam Roadside Park, Shelter #2, Summersville, WV. (From US 64/77 just north of Beckley, WV...take State Route 19 north about 30 miles towards Summersville, WV. A few miles outside of Summersville will be Route 129 with signs for Summersville Dam and Carnifex Ferry Battlefield . Turn left (west) on 129, go across the dam and look for the park on your right hand side. Shelter #2 will be to the left between the two entrances off 129. Bring your favorite picnic fixin's, food, drinks, desserts, etc... Folding/Lawn chairs are recommended, there are grills available next to the shelter.
