This Joseph CARROLL would have lived in the 18th century. I believe he may be the father of my George CARROLL / CARREL who was b. about 1755 in MD, resided from about 1782 to about 1810 in Washington Co., PA, died 1823 in Morgan Co., OH. Name of Joseph was carried down in the family. Thanks, Pattie
