I am thinking about renting some microfilm through the local LDS on land records in Kanawha County. I see a ton of different types of land records. There's: deed books estray books homstead records entry books property land purchases land records minutes from the Kanawha Co courthouse personal property tax lists record books release books index cards to court records trust deeds I'm confused. Could anyone, out of the kindness of their heart, explain to me which one would be the best for me to find the most information about my ancestors? (I might be asking too much.
