CONGROVE married Debby Taggart in meigs county OH and moved to Jackson CO, WV. One of their sons was Winfiled S. Congrove who married Sebilla jenny Cornell, daughter of Thomas Cornell and either Phebe A? or mary franklin. I'm seeking information regarding these families. They are my sister-in-laws ancesters.
