She was born on March 18, 1925, in Ravenswood, daughter of the late Harry C. and Iola J. Bare Knapp. She was a homemaker, and a member of the North United Methodist Church in Ravenswood. She loved to listen to gospel music; and she was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend. Surviving is her husband of 51 years, Arnold Leroy Dehm, Ravenswood; daughter, Patsy Hardman Weyer, Vienna, WV; brothers, Charles Knapp, Charleston; and Dana Ray "Bill" Knapp, Ravenswood; sisters, Helen Kramer, Columbus, OH; and Margaret McKown, Clendenin, WV; grandchildren, Michael Weyer and his wife Cristina, and Amy Weyer Sawin and her husband Shannon, both of Parkersburg; and great grandchildren, Carson Weyer, Grant Weyer, and Natalie Sawin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Mary Virginia Anderson and Iola Joy Suck. Services were held on Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Reverend Darrell Johnson officiating. Burial followed in Ravenswood Cemetery. Friends visited the funeral home on Monday, March 7, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Envelopes are provided by the funeral home.
