George W. Seaman CSA who lived in Jackson County from 1836/7 to 1858 and was on "Tother side" in 2nd Kentucky Mtd. Rifles. Willets Seaman of New Jersey and the Continental Army, captured in 1776 and exchanged in 1778. His son was David Seaman of Reedy, Roane County, WV. Marilyn Steber San Diego, CA
