Dear Jackson County Friends, I'm still trying to tie up so loose ends on my WOLFE family line. According to the book "Cunningham & Crites", by Jacqueline Heywood Monday, published, 1986, there are two wives listed for George Beath Wolfe. First marriage was to Elizabeth Crites. Second marriage to Barbara Casto. I have one source that was provided me by a friend in Arizona that shows this Barbara Casto as being born in 1853. I'm not sure if this is the same Barbara Casto mentioned in the book. Under children for George Wolfe and Barbara Casto it mentions that there were only two known children. 1. Issac Cinnett Wolfe, b. 1832, d. 9 Aug 1900, Kenna, W.Va.. m. Amanda Fowler. 2. Abraham Wolfe, b. 1831, d. 12 March 1888, m. Amanda Fisher. The other information I have shows that this George Wolfe and Barbara Casto also had children 1. Susan A. Wolfe, b. 1875 2. James H. Wolfe, b. 1877 3. Dora A. Wolfe, b. 1879 My question is that if this same Barbara Casto, b. 1853, Issac Wolfe would have been born before 13 years old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
