Patrick Board appeared on the Monongalia County tax records just prior to the move to Reedy. Before that, he was in Greene County census. I believe he had a brother for whom "Fact Tom" Bord and Thomas Seaman were named. I am not aware that Board researchers have delved into the records to prove this, (if it can be proved) but I would enjoy hearing from others who might be interested in corresponding about the Board/Seaman relationship.
