I checked with Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood, and they are the "business descendant," for lack of a better way of putting it, of L. T. Thorn Funeral Home. Roush maintains rather sparse records from the mid-1940's on, when it was Chambers Funeral Home. It became Tucker, Straight-Tucker, and eventually Roush, over these past several years. The lady I spoke with at Roush told me that the families that owned the funeral homes over the past years may be the best bet in terms of old records, or that the Jackson County Public Library may have some records of who's buried in which cemeteries. Roush is happy to help with records that they own, the lady told me. I hope this helps.
