Gilmore District was merged with Ravenswood many many years ago. There is not a place known as Savoy in Jackson County. There are or were ten places in the USA by that name according to my source on current and historical names. I have tried to think of any town or village that would even remotely sound like Savoy but without success. The library in Ripley does have several books with cemetery listings. Five books are quite old plus they do have some more recent ones. Most but not all cemeteries have been transcribed. Les Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
