Their name is spelled Hurdman vs. Herdman. Rootsweb has a lot of ancestor info for Dr. Holt. Best to look under his middle name as you only have to look at 25 names under their world connect. Using his first name they show over 800 such guys you have to sort through. Under his middle name go down to the 13th and 14th listing and the ancestor trail goes back to the mid 1600's.
