Isaac Peters married my great great grandmother Rosanna "Rosa" Moore Archer. It was the second marriage for both. He is buried with his first wife in the Jarrett Cem and Rosa is buried in the Independence Cem with her first husband, Atkinson Archer. Isaac was a notary public and was also guardian for Rosa's children.
