She was born in Bristol, Tennessee, on May 12, 1911, a daughter of the late Osker G. and Martha Andereason Johansen. She was a homemaker and attended the West End United Methodist Church in Roanoke, VA. She is survived by a niece, Martha Jo Goff and her husband Otis of Ravenswood, WV; and a nephew, Boyd Carr of Roanoke, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, William Carroll Eddy, Jr. There was no visitation. Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, WV, was in charge of arrangements.
