She was born December 20, 1921, at Gay, WV, a daughter of the late Ogal C. and Edna (Young) Evans. She was a homemaker and a former member of Letart Falls United Methodist Church. She became a member of Praise Cathedral after moving to Ravenswood. She is survived by a step-son, Thomas Junior Norris of Jacksonville, FL; a step-daughter, Mildred Louise Gathers of Columbus, OH; special nephew, Harold E. Norris of Auburn, IN, and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence T. Norris, and a son, Clarence Randy Norris. Funeral services will be Sunday, September 23, 2001--2:00 pm, at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Darrell Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in Letart Falls Cemetery, Letart Falls, OH. Visitation is from 3 to 8 pm, Saturday, at the funeral home.
