She was born on November 8, 1908, in Jackson County, WV, a daughter of the late Arthur Logan and Louella Wilson Beymer. She was a homemaker. Surviving is her son and daughter-in-law, Lowe and Ellen Waggoner, Vienna, WV; grandson and wife, Jeffory and Kyra Waggoner; great grandson and wife, Jason and Julie Waggoner, Marietta, Ohio; great, great granddaughter, Kaitlyn Waggoner; stepdaughter, Behula Beymer, Parkersburg; step-grandchildren, Randy Beymer and wife Rhonda; Bill Marlin Beymer; Donna Hewitt and husband Dick; Nina Affolter and husband Lyle; Terry Moore; Kathy Argabrite and husband Bill; Phylis Hazel and husband Randy; Jim Naylor; Mike Naylor; Gary Naylor and wife Paulette; Janet Ryland; Betty Blackstone; and Rick Ralston and wife Janna; several step-great grandchildren; and step-great, great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Connie Sue Moore; first husband, Chester Waggoner; second husband, Pearl Moore; brothers, Ronald, Bill and Philip Beymer; sister, Delora Doolittle; granddaughter, Rhonda Waggoner Hilton; step-gra! ndchildren, Myrtle Naylor, Bernice Ralston and Calvin Moore. Services were held on Monday, August 22, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Reverend Lawrence Conger, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in Ravenswood Cemetery.
