    3. Thanks Les--that is the John of Ohio who was married to Mary Truax. John S of Nicholas County is buried in Jackson County (Trace Fork but not Mount Hope Cem. ) and nobody has ever been able to locate death information on him Pyatt is spelled a zillion different ways, so Im guessing it has been misspelled along the way and gotten filed as Pratt or something. If there was a death certificate at all. His last child was born in 1885 and his widow remarried (we think) to a Jacob Roseberry in 1898.
