I had located a Samuel C. Franklin in the Jackson Co. W.Va. Death Records died 25 June 1939 at 87y.6m.28d. in Jackson Co., Parent listed only was John Franklin, Born in Ohio and was listed as a farmer. I did not have this Samuel listed in my John Franklin's pension records so was uncertain if he belonged in my family and now you have answered it!
