I have James Allen and James H. as first cousins once removed. James Allen is my 2nd cousin four times removed. I descend from Henry Rayburn II and Mary Polly Burdette. James H, was their son, I descend from their son Henry Rayburn III and Nancy Barnett. I have James Allen Rayburn as the brother of henry Rayburn II and the son of Henry Rayburn I and Margaret Bird Christal. These three Henry Rayburns get confused especially in oral history. The Mason County Cemetery book has them confused. Always looking for better information.
