She was born on July 10, 1941, in Beechwood, WV, a daughter of the late Albert Roy and Lula Vera Constable Harding. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary in Ripley, WV. She was a certified beautician who owned and operated Eyla's Beauty Shop in Evans, WV; she instructed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She was a loving housewife and grandmother and will be sadly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her husband, James P. Williams, Ravenswood, WV; daughters, Pat and her husband Bo Taylor, Peru, Indiana; and Debbie Slater, Ravenswood, WV; sons, Bud and his wife Diana Mohney, Wichita, Kansas; Bill and his wife Abby Mohney, Denver, CO; David Mohney, Millwood, WV; and Eddie and his wife Tara Mohney, Rapid City, South Dakota; Stepchildren: James Paul Williams II and his wife Pat, Austraila; Kimberly A. Willilams, South Carolina; Bill Williams and his wife Crystal, Ravenswood, WV; Kenny Williams and his wife B.J., Ravenswood, WV; and John Williams, Morgantown, WV; 23 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brothers, Archie Harding and Albert "Buck" Harding, Leroy Tichenor, Donald "Don" Tichenor, and Benjamin "Ben" Tichenor; sisters, Louise Brydon and Virginia Schroeder. Services were held on Monday, August 20, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, WV, with Reverend Darrel Gooden officiating. Burial followed in Ravenswood Cemetery. Visitation was held on Saturday, August 19, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
