Using WV Div of Culture and History I found a death certificate for John Adam Furget who died in Mason Co. Cologne district on 24 July 1927. Informant was Julian Furget of Millwood. Undertaker was Mr. Bush of Millwood. Cert. says burial was in Mt. Hebron, Mt. Alto. Certificate says he was born in PA and that his Father was born in Germany. Rootsweb has a bit on this gentleman ( John ).Says he was born in Germany 6 Sep 1850. Wife differs here however; has a Rosa V. Thornton of Millwood, WV. Says she is descended from the Dursts, Roushes, and Sayres so she's got to be a good woman even if she is the wrong woman. Well anyway, we may not be in the exact stall, but given those names we may be in the right barn. Hope this may be of some help to get us another lead.
