But I found a bit in ROOTSWEB down the page in world connect after plugging in David Mckitrick. See bottom of the first page for David. Says Agusta was the first wife, Sarah Bennett was second , then an unknown was third. Says Augusta's name was REEB ( if this spelling is correct this may have been throwing off your search). Anyway it says Agusta was born in Texas Oct 19, 1859...very interesting. Page indicated she and David had John W. 1877, Jobe P. 1880, Nancy L. 1885, Fred D. 1886, Frank F., 1892, and Mary D. 1896 then Agusta passing 21 Mar 1897 in Ohio. David died 13 Sep, 1923 in New Marshfield, Athens Co. Ohio, buried in the Marshfield Cemetery. If Rootsweb is correct then it appears that all the kids were Agustas'. Athens county, Ohio appears to have a pretty good gen page, but yes it pales somewhat next to the gold standard that the Jackson Co. troops put together.
