Paul was born on September 26, 1930, in Murraysville, WV, a son of the late Jesse A. and Edith Newberry Wright. He had been at Rocksprings Nursing Home in Pomeroy, Ohio, since September 23, 2004. He was the postmaster at Murraysville, WV, for 33 years and retired in June, 1991. He has many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will greatly miss him. He leaves behind neighbors, friends, and Rockspings Nursing Home employees whom will never forget him. Also surviving are special family members, Danny Wright, Donna Wright Kent, and Joey Kent, Ravenswood; brother, Donald (Jo) Wright, Huntington, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, William Jesse Wright, Kenneth Daniel Wright, Ralph Herbert Wright, and Charles Robert Wright. Services were held on Thursday, July 14, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Donald Warren Wright officiating. Burial followed in Ravenswood Cemetery. Friends visited the family at Roush Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 13, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friends may email their condolences to the Wright family at [email protected]
