Viola Cecil Byers 1st. married a Thomas, and they had 3 children: Doris Anna (Thomas) Elliott, Kenneth Thomas, and Betty Cline (Thomas) Jordon. Viola (Byers) (Thomas) Robinson, b. April 11, 1907 in Parkersburg, Wood County and died Oct. 13, 1984 in Belpre, Ohio. They had 4 children: Clarence, Annetta May, Sylvia Loraine, and Lawrence Robinson. I don't have any Katie Dailey, but the names I have is Oliver Dailey (married to Lucy Ellen), he was born Jan. 9, 1885 and died in Aug. of 1971. His father was named John Dailey. According to the 1920 Ohio Census, both Oliver and his wife Lucy Ellen was born in WV. They later moved between 1910 and 1920 to Great Bend, Meigs County, OH. Let me know if any of this info helps!

It has also been know as Kettle Rock and as Long Ridge. I am not sure if it is on Poca River or on another stream, but I would imagine that you would reach it by the Poca River Road out of Sissionsville. Branches of this road also go over into Leatherwood and down to Aarons Fork in Kanawha County.
