Cathy, What a great offer -- THANK YOU! I am searching for RICHARD PELL. He came from England as a "bound immigrant" at the age of 10 years old. He threw a rock and killed a piglet and was sent to prison for the crime. He then was shipped to the colonies in 1737 and we can't find him anywhere. If he is not listed I will take any PELL you may find. Again thanks for your offer. It makes up for the fact my computer crashed and I lost everything except the backup of my genealogy program. I got a book called Virginians & West Virginians 1607-1870 {Vol. 1}. I didn't see another vol. but anyway, if you have names to look up, it seems to be pretty alphabetical. I also got a book VA. Marriage records. I am not sure what all years it covers but I see the dates 1666 and 1818. It doesn't seem to be in any perticular order but has an index by name. I will have them a couple of days anyway. The last book I got was War of 1812: Virginia Bounty Land & Pension Applicants. >>
