We, the Harrison Co BARTLETT descendants, are not related to any of the New England BARTLETTs, including Josiah, the Signer; the tree BARTLETTs; the pear BARTLETTs; or the Famous Quote folks - we are related to the BARTLETT Funeral Home folks and to Joe BARTLETT who was the senior Rep. staffer in the House of Representatives for many years, and of course my Dad who had a decorated 30-year career in the Navy after graduating from the Naval Academy in 1941 ;>j To my knowledge, none of the New England BARTLETTs came to VA, and we didn't go there - different cultures, different migration routes.
