My maternal grandmother, Edna Ann Davis, b. 1864 in Tamoroa, IL, was d/o Patrick Joseph Davis s/o John Davis who married Elizabeth Huggins. 1st wife for Patrick Joseph Davis was Martha C. Sanders, d/o Thomas Sanders (Saunders) who first married Jemima Lee. (related to Robert E. Lee !) I look forward to hearing from you. Do you see a connection to your DAVIS lineage?
