    3. Yes Sue, I am here. I always wondered where Rio got it's name (usually pronounced RYE-Oh). I always thought that it might be a post Mexican War Thing. It is North - North East of Baker on Highway 29 along the Hardy/Hampshire Border. Amusingly enough it is just past Arkansas. Rock Oak is due West of Rio. Both are a bit more off of the beaten path that the Lost River Valley.
