High, plaintiff, vs. William H. High's heirs, defendants, pending in the circuit court of Hampshire county, West Virginia, appointing me Special Commissioner, for the purpose. I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the Court House in Romney, West Virginia on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th, 1915 at 11 a.m. the William H. High farm in Mill Creek district. This property consists of those two certain tracts of land lying near Purgitsville, West Virginia, whereon William H. High lived during his lifetime and are the same devised to said William H. High as trustee for his children by the will of Elijah High and therein described as being called the Jordon Farm, containing about 250 acres, and also a lot of land lying under High Knob in Hardy County of about 21 acres. This place is well watered, has a seven room house, meadow, considerable good fencing, a large part of it limestone land, and with some work will make a first class farm. This proposition is especially recommended to the consideration of any industrious man of limited capital who desires to make himself a home. TERMS OF SALE---One-third cash, balance in two equal annual payments from day of sale, with interest on said payments, the purchaser to execute his note with approved security for the deferred payments and the legal title of the property sold to the retained as further security.
