At the intersection of Walnut Bottom Road with the Old Morgantown Road at Kessel, WV there was a church on the south side of the road with a cemetery (small). If you continue west at (less than 100 yards) Kessel and go over the small hill, turning left at the sign for the Kessel Cemetery you will find the Kessel Cemetery. As you approach Kessel from Moorefield turning right on to Walnut Bottom Road and going north approximately 500 yards you come to a cemetery on the right side of the road, fenced with a flag. This cemetery if I remember correctly is a Fout Cemetery - I am not absolutely sure of the name but I am of the location and the fact that it is not a Kessel Cemetery. If you procede several miles on Walnut Bottom Road on the right hand side is the Catholic Church Cemetery (church was moved to Petersburg) which is still active.
