Several of those who asked me to send the two Helen Yoakum Black Letters were unable to read the footnotes at the bottom of each page (46 total). Thanks to one persistent recipient, the following should work for Microsoft Word users: "To view the footnotes, go to the "View" pull-down menu and select "Page Layout". The footnotes themselves are not viewable in any of Word's four other view modes. The default view for my software (and probably for most people's) is "normal" view." For those of you with the Wordperfect version, I think if you just save the attachment to your hard drive and open it from there rather than on e-mail, you should be able to read the footnotes. If not, I will retype or cut and paste all of the footnotes onto a couple of pages and send it. If any one has an idea how to send a document with a footnote format, please let me know, I'm stumped!!! Sara Patton PS I'm sending this to the various lists and hope that any individuals who already received the letters (without footnotes) will correspond directly with me to try to work it out! Sorry!
