Can't tell you about Pine Bush Run, unless you can give it to me in context (if on a land grant), Van Meter's Run gap is probably a saddle on the eastern slope of Sawmill Ridge, which is the mountain that forms the eastern wall of The Trough (near Old Fields, Hardy County---on the Hampshire/Hardy line). Fort Pleasant was located at the south or upper end of The Trough (see article "Fort Pleasant: Soldiers and Civilians in the South Branch Valley, 1756-1762" in the COLONIAL NOTES section of the Hardy County GenWeb page).
