    3. Oral family history says that Lucy Blackwell Goings and her son Joseph Goings were buried on or near Orr Mountain in Grant County. Their burials would have been in time of 1830 to 1860 or so. These people were residents of Hardy Co for most of their life. On a recent visit to Moorefield, a person familiar to this area, and I began a search for these possible graves. We had a few leads. We drove on Patterson Creek Road to W. Saratoga, then right. Then after about a mile there is a hill on the left with a little gathering of trees at the top. This location was also marked by an old barn on our right - on Saratoga Rd. (excuse the sketchy directiions)We parked the car , walked up the hill where we found a small cemetery surronded by hurricane fence. Inside the fence were about 4 or 5 small plain stone markers. However there was one modern marker that looked as if it had recently been placed - read In memory of Benjamin Wolf and Nancy (Roby) Wolf. My interest is --who is buried under the small markers. Could it be my Goings? If some could even help me eliminate this spot, then we can start looking somewhere else. Thanks, Annette
