Hi, Frances. I compile the quarterly Journal for the Hacker's Creek Pioneer Descendants, and here is the announcement of the Stump reunion we ran in Issue #1 of 2000.... Michael Stumpf I Reunion The second "Michael STUMPF I " reunion is scheduled for Saturday, June 17, 2000, at the Stumpf Run Farms, owned by John BUHL. The farms are located on the South Fork road, 14 miles south of Moorefield, Hardy County, WV. Watch for STUMP REUNION signs. Since the first reunion in 1993, the home and farms have been placed on the National Registry of Historic Places. A bronze plaque portraying this honor will be dedicated at this reunion. Bring your picnic basket and chair or blanket, and join the family. Also bring pictures, papers, or books for the memorabilia table. The event starts at noon.lunch at 1:00 PM.
