    2. Clara: The lady who wrote this book has passed away. The book is fairly new being published in 1994. It was published by Family History Publishers, 845 South Main St, Bountiful, Utah 84010. They might have copies. What names are you interested in? I looked for the names in your email and did not find any of the women. I do have a John Davis and a John Davis Jr but no Huggins wife. Are there any others? 2. Hello Clara: I am so happy to hear from you. I dont know about the Robert E. Lee thing but my Davis line left (we think) Hardy Co, VA and went to Oh. Some ended up in Indiana and points west. There is also a possibility of them being in PA. I only have a book with this particular line, it is called "Days of our Davis" by Louise (Moore) Burt. I can check names in the book. 2. I have a James Davis with a son John. James wife was Nancy Norton. JOhn married Leah Harris and they moved to Knox county Ohio and later to Allen CO. I wish I could find a connection for them. JOhn was born 1781 in Hardy COunty and died in 1856 in Allen CO, Ohio. Have you ever heard of these people Mike? Rose

    2. I do not know if they are the same book. Are they both written by Richard K. Mc Master? Earlier today an e-mail directed one to some pages from the book "The History of Hardy County 1786 - 1986" I found two of my lines mentioned in the pages and wanted to buy the book. Others were interested in the book too.
