The East Liverpool Review Jan. 3, 1969 Mrs. Arthie Mae Heffner, 74, of RD 2, wife of Henry Warren Heffner, died this morning at home after an extended illness. She was born March 18, 1894, daughter of the late Frank and Rosa Anderson. In addition to her husband, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. Mary Mull of Weirton; a son Orval Wayne Heffner, at home; a sister, Mrs. Everett (Gladys) Ruckle of Baltimore; four brothers, Samuel Anderson of Steubenville, Glenn Anderson of New Cumberland RD 2, Emery Anderson of New Cumberland and William Anderson of Weirton, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Turley Funeral Home here by the Rev. Donzel B. Wease of the Nessly Chapel. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, New Manchester. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7:30 tonight.
